CALL # 6
Edudemic.com presents this week the 5 Reasons The iPad Will Stay The King of the Classroom.
The writer gives 5 reasons why the ipad is still the most useful tools in the classroom. The main reason is that the ipad was created intentionally NOT as a laptop or a desktop PC. Free technology for teachers writes about http://podcastomatic.com/, which is a free service that automatically converts your blog posts into podcasts, without any need to register first. I copies the URL of http://www.freetech4teachers.com/ into the podcast, it convert it very quickly but when I tried to open and listen to several articles, it didn't work. It didn't work on the second and third try as well, though the blogger mention that for him it worked on the second try.
Flipped learning's blogger didn't post anything new.
The tools of this week are very interesting, I liked the websites where you can create your own stories. I also enjoyed the voicethread a lot. It's a progressive tool that reminds me a bit of Prezi, and the ancient PowerPoint.
